1. Policy Update: Starting January 1, 2025, disposable supplies will no longer be provided.

In response to government environmental policies, starting from January 1, 2025, we will no longer provide disposable supplies (such as toothbrushes, shower caps, combs, cotton swabs, etc.).
We suggest you bring your own belongings. If you have any special needs, please feel free to contact our customer service representative. We will be happy to assist you. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

2. Booking and Check-in Instructions

• After completing your booking, please add our official Line account (ID: @lihejiazhu) so that our concierge can arrange your check-in.
• Rooms with a designated green space view will incur an additional charge of NT$300 per night, subject to availability on the day.
  
• Invoices can be issued for bookings made on or after December 24, 2025 through the official website. If you require a national unified invoice number, please note the invoice title and national unified invoice number on your order. Thank you.
• This hotel does not allow any pets. If you bring a pet, the hotel reserves the right to refuse your stay without any conditions and will not refund the room fee. In addition, you will be required to pay a cleaning fee (disinfection fee) of NT$6,000 per room.
  
• If you consume spicy food in the room, or if you soil bedding or towels, you will need to pay the original price to buy them back. If you vomit indoors (in the room or bathroom), a cleaning fee of NT$3,000 will be charged.
  

• Check-in time: 15:00 - 17:30; Check-out time: before 11:00 AM.
• Our concierge service is available from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. After 5:30 PM, check-in will be self-service. Please settle your room fee in advance and provide your basic information to the concierge. If you are unable to cooperate, please do not book a room. Thank you for your cooperation!

• Our hotel is a standalone building with an elevator. The rooms have showers but no bathtubs.
• There is a limit to the number of guests allowed per room. If the number of guests exceeds the reservation limit, we reserve the right to refuse check-in or ask you to pay extra on-site to open an additional room.
• Extra beds are not available. An extra person will be charged NT$500 per person (including a feather pillow, feather comforter, large towel, and medium towel). Limited availability, please inform the concierge in advance.
  **During the Chinese New Year period, the extra charge for each additional person is NT$1,000.**
  
• The hotel has no restaurant, and breakfast is not included in any of the packages .
• The hotel does not have self-service laundry facilities or a kitchen .
• If equipment is damaged, in addition to a cleaning fee, the responsible party must compensate for the damage at cost .

• This hotel is a non-smoking place; smoking is prohibited in all guest rooms and public areas (including guest room balconies). To maintain the quality of accommodation for other guests, please refrain from smoking, cooking, or engaging in any illegal activities in your room, on the balcony, or in any public area.
• According to the government's Tobacco Hazards Prevention Act, smoking is completely prohibited in indoor areas of hotels. Violations can be subject to a fine of NT$2,000 to NT$10,000.
  To protect the rights of the next guest, a cleaning fee of NT$6,000 to NT$10,000 will be charged for guests who smoke in the guest rooms or in the hotel.
  

• Please lower the volume after 22:00 each day to avoid disturbing other passengers.
• For stays of 2 nights or more, only daily garbage collection and towel changing services are provided, and bed sheets are changed once every 4 days. Additional cleaning services are available for NT$800 each time.
  
• Bottled water is not provided in the room. Please use the cold water pitcher provided in the room and get water from the water dispenser opposite the elevator in the lobby on the first floor .
• Each room is equipped with exclusive O'Rade bath products and hand soap.

• This hotel does not have its own private parking lot, nor are there any designated parking facilities. Guests arriving by car are advised to park in nearby public parking lots. Information is as follows:
