2. Booking and Check-in Information

• After completing the reservation, please join our official Line (ID: @lihejiazhu) so that our butler can arrange check-in for you.
• Designated rooms with greenery views will be charged an additional NT$300 per night and will be subject to room availability on that day.
• The official website only provides payment receipts. If you need an invoice, please book through the official Line. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

• Check-in time: 15:00 - 17:30, check-out time: before 11:00 am.
• The on-site service time of the butler is from 8:30 to 17:30. After 17:30, it will be changed to self-service. Please pay the room fee in advance and provide basic information to the butler.
  Thank you for your cooperation!

• Our hotel is a stand-alone building with an elevator. The rooms have shower-style bathrooms but no bathtubs.
• Each room has a limit on the number of guests who can stay in it. If the number of guests exceeds the number of guests booked, we have the right to refuse accommodation or ask you to pay an extra fee on the spot and add another room.
• There is no extra bed service. The extra person fee is $500 per person (including a feather pillow, a feather quilt, a large towel, and a medium towel). The quantity is limited, so please inform the housekeeper in advance.
  **During the Spring Festival, the additional fee is $1,000 per person**
• The hotel does not provide breakfast and does not accept pets. If you are found to have brought a pet, a disinfection and cleaning fee of $3,000 or more will be charged.
• The hotel does not have self-service laundry facilities
• If the equipment is damaged, in addition to the cleaning fee, compensation will be required .

• This hotel is a non-smoking place. Smoking is prohibited in all guest rooms and public areas. In order to maintain the quality of accommodation for other guests, please do not smoke, cook or engage in any illegal activities in the room, balcony or any public area.
• According to the government's Tobacco Control Act, hotels are completely non-smoking indoor places. Violators may be fined between NT$2,000 and NT$10,000.
  In order to protect the rights of the next tenant, if you smoke in the guest room or in the hotel, a cleaning fee of NT$6,000 to NT$10,000 will be charged.

• Please lower the volume after 22:00 every day to avoid disturbing other passengers.
• If you stay for more than 2 nights, we only provide daily garbage collection and towel change services, and bed linen change once every 4 days. If you need additional cleaning services, it will cost NT$600 each time.
• Bottled water is not provided in the room. Please use the cold water bottle provided in the room and get water from the water dispenser opposite the elevator entrance in the lobby on the first floor.
• Each room is equipped with exclusive O'right bath products and hand soap.

• The hotel does not provide parking. You can park your car in the public parking lot opposite (about 1 minute walk). The parking fee is $20 per hour.
  The charging time is 08:00 - 20:00, please pay by yourself.

• Once you complete the reservation, it means that you have read and agreed to abide by all the above accommodation rules and regulations. We hope that every traveler can abide by the regulations together.
