1. Policy update: Starting from January 1, 2025, disposable supplies will not be provided

In response to the government's environmental protection policy, we will no longer provide disposable items (such as toothbrushes, shower caps, combs, cotton swabs, etc.) from January 1, 2025.
We recommend that you bring your own items. If you have any special needs, please feel free to contact the butler and we will serve you wholeheartedly. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

2. Booking and Check-in Information

• After completing the reservation, please join our official Line (ID: @lihejiazhu) so that our butler can arrange check-in for you.
• The official website only provides payment receipts. If you need an invoice, please book through the official Line. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

• Check-in time: 15:00 - 17:30, check-out time: before 11:00 am.
• The on-site service time of the butler is from 8:30 to 17:30. After 17:30, it will be changed to self-service. Please pay the room fee in advance and provide basic information to the butler.
  Thank you for your cooperation!

• Our hotel is a stand-alone building with an elevator. The rooms have shower-style bathrooms but no bathtubs.
• Each room has a limit on the number of guests who can stay in it. If the number of guests exceeds the number of guests booked, we have the right to refuse accommodation or ask you to pay an extra fee on the spot and add another room.
• There is no extra bed service. The extra person fee is $500 per person (including a feather pillow, a feather quilt, a large towel, and a medium towel). The quantity is limited, so please inform the housekeeper in advance.
  **During the Spring Festival, the additional fee is $1,000 per person**
• The hotel does not provide breakfast and does not accept pets. If you are found to have brought a pet, a disinfection and cleaning fee of $3,000 or more will be charged.
• If the equipment is damaged, in addition to the cleaning fee, compensation will be required .

• This hotel is a non-smoking place. Smoking is not allowed in all guest rooms and public areas. To maintain the quality of accommodation for other guests, please do not smoke, cook or engage in any illegal activities in the room, balcony or any public area.
• According to the government's Tobacco Control Act, hotels are completely non-smoking indoor places. Violators may be fined between NT$2,000 and NT$10,000.
  In order to protect the rights of the next tenant, if you smoke in the guest room or in the hotel, a cleaning fee of NT$10,000 will be charged.

• Please lower the volume after 22:00 every day to avoid disturbing other passengers.
• For guests staying for more than 2 nights, we provide daily garbage collection and towel change services, and bed linen change starting from the 4th day, and every 4 days.
• Bottled water is not provided in the room. Please use the cold water bottle provided in the room and get water from the water dispenser opposite the elevator entrance in the lobby on the first floor.
• Each room is equipped with exclusive O'right bath products and hand soap.

• The hotel does not provide parking. You can park your car in the public parking lot opposite (about 1 minute walk). The parking fee is $20 per hour.
  The charging time is 08:00 - 20:00, please pay by yourself.

• Once you complete the reservation, it means that you have read and agreed to abide by all the above house rules and regulations. We hope that every passenger can abide by the regulations together.
  Respect the accommodation rights of other guests. If you fail to comply with the regulations, the hotel reserves the right to cancel your stay and ask you to leave immediately.
